Newcastle Ballet Workshop 2010

Nanette Botha, examiner from the Dance Academy of South Africa, was in Newcastle, Northern KwaZulu Natal, on Friday 30th July and Saturday 31 July for a ballet workshop held at Drakensberg School Hall. Ballet dancers from Newcastle who attended the workshop were from Jenny Devenish, Crystal Vickery and Celesté Kleinhans ballet schools. Pupils from Juanré Delport in Volksrust and Esré de Beer in Utrecht also attended the two day workshop. The girls, who ranged in ages from four to thirteen years, were all preparing for their ballet exams which took place from the 6th to 11th September, and all gained valuable knowledge and skills from Ms Botha.
